Terms & Conditions (Effective as of 02/01/2022)

• Deposits are refundable up to April 19, 2022, minus credit card and processing fees
• Final payments are due to Iceland Boogie on or before April 19th, 2022.
• Jumpers assume all risk during this event
• Jumpers must carry private insurance for this event (we suggest World Nomad)
• Jumpers MUST be in good standing with their countries governing body, 
• Jumpers MUST be within currency at event start 
• Jumpers MUST have their reserve in current re-pak and have an AED (this is an Iceland requirement you cannot jump without one)
• Jumpers MUST bring a flotation device for landing near the water
• Event does not guarantee jump's we all know this is a weather dependent sport
• Non-Jumpers who are doing a Tandem must be less than 230 lbs/104 kg, in good health and over the age of 18.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason 
• We reserve the right to postpone the event due to extraordinary circumstances, such as, but not limited to: Volcano, Pandemic, Dragon attach
• We reserve the right to make adjustments to the event content at anytime based on weather, safety concerns, provider restrictions or current economic content
